Glynn Cropper and Guy Swindells formed World Sports Communications in early 2008 after more than 30 years experience between them in the radio industry.

Glynn’s background is in management, sales and marketing for a variety of major companies both inside and outside the radio industry.

Guy has worked extensively as a radio and TV journalist, working for the BBC, IRN, Capital Radio, talkSPORT, Sky TV News and London News Tonight amongst others.  He has covered Olympic Games, Rugby World Cups and 6 Nations, England cricket both home and away, Ryder Cups and Open Championships, is a regular commentator at Radio Wimbledon, reports extensively on Premier League football and has been the voice of the Volvo Ocean Race since 2001.

We have worked on campaigns on behalf of sport governing bodies such as the England and Wales Cricket Board and UK Sport, and sponsors like NatWest, npower, Ecover,Tesco, HSBC and Volvo.  

We now employ more than forty reporters on a regular basis covering numerous sports, as well as producers and technicians across a range of projects.
